JOROTO MD60 Adjustable Weight Bench

Received last night pre assembled, took literally 5 minutes to finish off assembling, good solid bench, no movement whilst training, for the price its a no brainer.

Very happy with this bench. It’s very sturdy and well built. I aired of the side of caution and didn’t buy a flimsy one and this is really good. Padding is good and the range of movements is also very good. It came almost fully built requiring only 3 bolts to make it complete. It folds away well should i not need it.

On the plus side, I am very pleased with the bench. It is a good quality product.
The downside was the delivery. The good were scheduled for delivery on one day with an early timeslot. The timeslot became later and later throughout the day and the goods did not arrive. I had a similar experience on day 2, with a series of delayed timeslots. The goods arrived early evening, so I spent two full days waiting in for the delivery.

Unbeatable value for money. The bench is very sturdy despite its light weight. Comfortable padding and easy positioning.

Build Quality:
This bench is VERY study and built very well. The mechanical structure is sound and has tight tolerances (little slack or "wobble" in hinges) The height adjustments on the back and seat are both VERY solid and can handle a lot of weight. I have no concerns of using 500+lbs on this bench. The seat and back are also build with a nice dense material and are well finished. Absolutely no complaints.

Assembly / Collapsible:
The bench actually ships nearly completely assembled (picture 6). All you do is attach 1 foot and the sit up bar (see last 3 pictures). Once you do this you can collapse it back to the same size as the shipped bench (slightly wider at the foot). To collapse you simply remove the lock pin (top piece in last picture) from the front leg and fold it over.

Comfortable:
The bench seat and back are very firm yet thick and comfortable . The edges are contoured and feel great when doing declines.

Notes on foot rest:
I loosely attached the foot rest. I found that when I try to use it, it is very easy for my foot to slip out of it. Since then I decided to add some rubber material and to tighten it down hard to make it relatively solid.

Final thought:
This bench well exceeded my expectations on quality and sturdiness and is very heavy duty. It is an excellent bench and the most stable decline bench I've used. I highly recommend it.

My previous weigh bench broke when I was doing bench press using 90 lb. adjustable dumbbells because of bad weld, so the first thing I did when I got this bench was inspecting the welding quality. This JOROTO bench was made of thick steel frame and has straight, uniform and consistent thickness weld which indicates good weld. I have been using this bench for a month now and really impressed with this bench; it is heavy duty, very sturdy, and stable; the rear support is wide and provides good grip on the carpet without slipping even when I was using 90 lb dumbbells.

The seat is comfortable and seems to be very durable compared to my other benches which the seam broke after 2-3 months. It is also easy to adjust the position like the commercial benches at my gym. The only downside for me is the backrest positions. There could be a 70 or 75 degree position between 90 degree and 60 degree for shoulder press. Overall it is a great bench, well made and sturdy. I highly recommend it for home gym.

Very good quality of the materials, hassle-free assembly (3 screws +), easy to use and move around. As advertised, quite portable too. Should be great for my mother-in-law as an overnight bed too so the guest room can be used more efficiently, like for my cats and dog. Win-win scenario.

The bench is actually better than I thought it would be and its not amazing but for the price compared to other bench's is very good.

Being a new product with no reviews for the 2022 model it was difficult to pull the trigger. I got to say though it is exactly what I had hoped for.
Sturdy. This thing weighs 45lbs. Has a wide foot base that grips well.

The backrest is taller than most other benches on the market so my head doesn't hang off. Also the seat and backrest are nice and wide. I feel very stable.

The locking mechanism is sound and does not wobble. The large tooth of the backrest and seat brace slides into the holes of the metal bracket and gravity does the rest. It is secure.

It does fold up. Not the smallest but still convenient to move it around. Wish it had a zip up case.

The foot hold is nice. It has a faux leather cover over some foam. It is great for decline situps.

When setup the bench has a nice height to it from ground to bench/seat top. I am 6'1 and my friend is 5'7. Both of us can rest our feet flat on the ground comfortably.

A couple cons:
The sticking around the seat cover to the board is single tread not double. I do worry about longevity. May run some black gaff tape around the border to just give it some added support. But may not. We will see.

Lastly the gap between the seat and the backrest when flat is quite wide. Understandably so. The bench folds and has selectable angles. But still its four fingers wide. That said when laying on it, it is not necessarily uncomfortable. Just wanted to address it because it was a concern I had before I bought it.

All in all I think its the best foldable bench money can buy. Highly recommend.

Before purchasing this weight bench, I did what any other person would do, and looked at the 1 star reviews. The cons that stood out from those reviews was the gap between the seat and the back rest, the locking mechanism, and the stability. It looks as if Joroto heard the feedback and fixed all those issues.

There's a good distance between the seat and back rest so no matter the angle of your back rest, the two pads do not touch eachother.

The locking mechanism was completely changed compared to what the photos show and switched to something a bit more stable and less likely to fall out. As shown in the photo I've attached.

The stability is amazing, the last thing I wanted was to go from an unstable bench to another unstable
bench. The construction feels solid and the padding has a nice thickness. I would not be mad if I used this in a commercial gym, let alone a home gym.

This is my first weight bench, had asked a few forums which one they would recommend for a weight training program with Shaun T on the Bodi app I wanted to try and this one is great. It's sturdy yet I can fold it up and put it in the closet. I was nervous how the pieces in the back would latch as saw some reviews of it moving out of spot easily but the kind that I received didn't have that and had a different design (see in picture), I highly recommend this

This is a great bench. I have had 3 previous folding benches and found all 3 to be too unstable, too light weight and the last one too short for me to lay on. This Joroto bench is really good. The cushions are thick the bench is a good length even for taller people. It feels as sturdy as any non folding bench. And the price point was really good. Definitely recommend this bench. Very happy with this purchase. It is so stable and feels so sturdy

I did not fully assemble the bench, as I spotted the damage after unfolding (box looked fine). The frame looks very sturdy and the cushions are comfortably firm. The faux leather cover looks fairly thin though and the pressboard back is obviously pretty flimsy. Seems a reasonable quality for the price overall.

Quality of the bench is excellent supports by 200 pound frame and up to 100 pounds weights very sturdy-balance and will put together. multiple positions for dumbbell workouts.

Big thumbs up from me. Very solid bench. I'd say it's as solid if not more solid than benches I've used in all gyms. Takes 30 seconds to fold away and hide in a small space out of the way. Very happy with it. Would defo recommend

Solid, well packaged and a bargain. It is a little short behind my head when sat upright (I'm 6 foot) but at this price who cares, it does not wobble at all in use and is stable enough to do step ups. Nice one joroto! Really pleased with this purchase.

This bench is being used in our home workout room. It's sturdy and comfortable. My son plays football and trains year round. He uses almost daily and has withstood the abuse from a teenage boy. Works great for it's intended purpose. Assembly was very easy and it came well packaged.

I've been using it for like a month now . Everything is perfect and you can do a lot of exercises with this such as spider curl . And it's very easy to assemble that you don't need to order an assemble home service defenetly worth buying

This thing came in the mail fast. Mostly assembled, with the workout pictures, was pumpin within minutes. It inclines, it declines, it folds up and fits under my bed. Ace!

The reason why I chose this one was mostly because of the bench height, angles, and sturdiness. I compared to several others and this one seemed to fulfill all my requirements. I really recommend it.

Its a solid sturdy bench, very soft comfortable, quick easy assembly, durable material. I like how the back part lowers to a decline. Perfect angle for sit-ups or decline bench presses !

I needed a bench that could fold up for storage in the small area I have designated for my workout gear and this did the trick. It's sturdy when it's all set up, and still folds up nicely when put away. It does need assembled when it arrives. Even though it folds, it's still not completely put together so I spent about a half hour setting it up. Working out great for me!

This is extremely heavy and very sturdy. It comes mostly assembled; you only have to stick in a few pins, attach the foot pads and the back base. No tools required. The seat has two positions, and the back goes from fully reclined to almost totally erect. It folds up for out of the way storage. Be warned - it weighs a ton. Overall, I'm very impressed.

I put my bench together in under ten minutes.

The height levels are easy to adjust and at each of them they are still very well balanced

The bench has a nice base to keep it from tipping over.
The padding is great too.

Very strong and good size highly recommend , I am 187cm and still comfortable on it. Very sturdy construction and easy to adjust. I had a small issue with my one and Joroto support sorted it out in 1 day, great service.

I got this bench so I could do decline, flat, and incline exercises. The foot bars are nice for stabilizing, but the bench itself is stable enough. I also love the fold-up function, because even though I have a large space, it makes it so much easier to fold up and move a few feet, than to wheel a bench out of my squat rack to another corner of the room. The padding is great and doesn't seem to be wearing down at all, nor ripping. It doesn't seem to hold in any odor but I also wipe it every day I use it. Overall I'd recommend this to a gym rat.

This weight bench is super nice! Great value for the money and solid design. This bench is solid and easy to put together. The cushion is soft and comfortable, yet firm. Nice looking and delivered within a few days.
