Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@joroto.com. Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our customer service team after your return request has been approved.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Right to Cancel
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for most goods. To exercise this right, items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
