Warranty & Returns

Returns:

If for any reason you find our product unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

All returns require you to contact us first in order to obtain a Return Authorization and return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, the return address and instructions will be provided via email.

Please ensure that the item is securely packaged when returning it.

Return Shipping Fee:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Condition of Returns:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging. Items that are used, damaged, or incomplete may not be eligible for a refund.

Clearance Items:

All clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Warranty:

We provide a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for all products sold by JOROTO Fitness. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover:

  1. Accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or improper maintenance.
  2. Unauthorized modification or alteration of the product.
  3. Use of the product for purposes other than intended.
  4. Damage caused by external factors such as fire, water, or natural disasters.
  5. Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage.

Refunds:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 24–48 hours to appear depending on your bank.

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at Support@joroto.com as soon as possible with "CANCEL" in the subject line.

We will do our best to assist you. However, once the order has entered the fulfillment process, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

Shipping:

JOROTO Fitness offers free shipping on all UK orders.

There are no shipping fees for standard delivery within the United Kingdom.

Additional carrier fees may apply only in the following cases:

- Delivery address changes after the order has been shipped

- Failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

- Re-delivery requests after failed delivery attempts

- Shipment re-routing requested after dispatch

Please note that these fees are charged by the shipping carrier and are not part of the standard free shipping service.

All applicable fees will be communicated to the customer before any changes are processed.
