JOROTO JV30 Vibration Plate

Very impressed, we've not tried the tension cords yet, but I bought this for my dad in his 50's for his birthday as he likes to exercise and he was thrilled when he tried it, I have also had a go - in my 20s - and I could feel the benefit in a matter of minutes.

Originally bought and used for 60 days and it died... re-edited review and customer services got a hold of me and sent a brand new one to replace... all arrived within a week and once again part of my daily workouts... the new unit is alot quieter than the last one which leads me to believe the original one was always slightly faulty... but it has been a incredible help in using for weight loss! I just want to thank joroto customer service for all the help and being amazing! Original review edited: a fantastic little item.. doesn't make a lot of noise but you have to make sure you stand in the middle of the pad as if you stand too close to the back it will flip! Awesome for daily fitness needs!

I’m honestly surprised by how much I’m loving this vibration plate! It’s been such a great addition to my at-home workouts. The 99 intensity levels and 5 built-in programmes give me plenty of options to gradually work my way up. It’s easy to get started right away, and the remote control is a nice touch, so I don’t have to keep bending down to adjust the settings. I also love the non-slip suction cups which hold it in place securely. The machine itself feels really sturdy and stable, and it supports up to 23.5 stones/150 kg. I also love how compact it is—it’s easy to store away in a corner or under the bed when I’m done, so it doesn’t take over my living space. With the added resistance bands, it gives me a good whole-body workout. It’s perfect if you want something effective, easy to use, and versatile for home workouts. It is recommended to use it for 15 to 30 minutes at a time on 3 to 4 occasions each week, but it can be used every day for shorter periods. This exercising fitness machine is perfect for various reasons. It is great for your bones, muscle, blood circulation and aids with slimming. As I have a bad back, I am very happy to be able to do this low intensity exercise. My husband, who has MS and mobility issues, has also tried it and decided to use it as it is supposed to improve his balance. I highly recommend this fantastic product. The quality and features of this product are excellent!

Wire is quite short. Works as it should and seems good quality. Remote works too although controls/ instructions are a bit confusing. Personally it gave me headache and even lowest setting seemed too strong for a newbie.

Pros -This is very efficient vibration plate, simple ways to be healthy. Immediately felt so relaxing as the leg muscles started vibrating.There are modes for work out and this exercise vibration plate is sturdy , durable.It is easy to set up and start using after you put battery cells for the remote.I still need to explore more options of training with this device, but so far I really love it.I recommend it , although it is priced , I think it is worth it.cons-The brochure is simple to explain about set up, I wish there was some exercise program mentioned in the leaflet, but anyway I looked up online for more work outs.

Instructions very basic and doesn't matter explain/ give examples of how to use for exercise benefit. Reasonable quality of materials used. Seller contacted and asked how they could improve without any reason which highlights a company that cares about their customers.

I’m really happy with my purchase. I wanted a vibration plate, and that’s exactly what I got. It was hard to decide at first because there are so many options available, but I’m glad I chose this one. It’s not noisy, which was one of my main concerns since I live in an apartment and didn’t want to cause issues with neighbours. The vibration is well isolated, so I don’t think it will be a problem at all. Plus, it comes with an Australian plug—I’d seen other reviews mentioning the need for an adapter, so that was a nice bonus.

I love this exercise machine. It has multiple settings and does the job.

Great purchase! It's helped in muscle recovery after working out/ long walks. When I have lower back pain I stand on this and it seems to ease any pain. It's versatile, I use it standing up, or sitting down depending if I want a whole body or calf only vibration.
