JOROTO MD70 Adjustable Weight Bench

Super bit of kit, the main body is extremely strong box section with impressive wielding, the wheel & handle parts are also really nice strong box section. Lifting up from the handle allows the super smooth wheels to contact the floor for easy manoeuvrability. The seat & back support are easily bolted on & are supper comfortable with a good 40mm of foam & are wrapped in really strong wipe clean vinyl.The adjustability of the seat & back rest are as simple as pulling out the hardened steel pin and positioning to the desired angle & reinstalling the pin.This bench is built for a dedicated home gym so there’s no folding it up to store it.I think this bench is awesome value for money after all it is the work horse of a good gym set up, I’m really happy with my choice.

The adjustable parts, such as the backrest and seat, are easy and safe to adjust. The padding is very comfortable, and the two wheels at the foot end make the bench easy to move.

This is a good all round bench. Assembly is quick and simple. The padding is thick and easy to clean. The position are probably more than I need but easy to adjust. The only minor down sides are, it could do with the base being slightly wider as you do get minor wobble, the padded leg rest move around a little, I don't want to overdo tighten them and damage he frame - might add a thin square of rubber to create some friction. Over all, a good purchase.

Solid, gym quality board. Good welds. One small drawback is that the allen wrench and wrench provided were very cheap. This lead to the screws stripping, and the allen wrench itself stripping, with a minimal amount of torque. I wish they spent an extra few cents for better quality tools. Overall though, I’m satisfied with my purchase. It’s quality for the price, it’s very sturdy, light enough to move, and easy to use. The padding is what you would expect, but it is gym quality. I would not expect it to rip or tear.

I haven't pushed it to that limit, but even with heavy loads, there is absolutely no swaying. Adjustable feet help if your floor isn't perfectly level, and the textured upholstery provides good grip without sticking to your skin. The long backrest supports good posture, and the ankle support for sit-ups isn't just for show—it allows for comfortable training. It’s comfortable to lie on; the padding is firm enough to push against without sinking in. It features wheels and an integrated handle. It isn't light (nor does it need to be), but it’s easy to move around the garage or workout room without leaving marks. During my first session, I did incline presses and heavy dumbbell rows. Zero creaking, quick adjustments between sets, and a "pro" bench feel. In the decline position, the ankle support keeps you stable without cutting off circulation. After several days, nothing has come loose, and the upholstery remains flawless. It truly gives you the feeling of having a home gym: very solid and very stable. This bench is fantastic; it doesn't wobble, the adjustments are solid and plentiful, and it's very comfortable—the leg padding is great. It’s all packed into a very robust, compact design and looks really good, too—the best you can get for this price.

To be honest, I’ve never managed to find the time or the motivation to join a gym and work on getting in better shape. However, this bench is finally helping me (as much as possible) make up for that. It is very sturdy yet easy to move around—the wheels are incredibly convenient—and, above all, the fact that it can be adjusted to so many different angles makes it useful for a wide range of exercises. I’m mainly using it for abs, but the possibilities are endless. It looks great, too; the only downside is that it doesn't fold up, so it takes up a bit of space. But that’s a minor issue compared to its many advantages.

I’ve only had the bench for a week, but I expect it to serve me for years; it feels incredibly solid, and the padding makes a great impression, too. I’m deducting half a point—though this is really nitpicking—because the combination of wheels and a narrow leg stance (designed to allow for compact storage) creates a slight sense of instability during abdominal exercises when hanging upside down, especially if you pull yourself up asymmetrically.
