JOROTO MD35 Essential Adjustable Weight Bench

Amazing product. We are really happy with the purchase. At first we were sceptical about the fact that is foldable. We tought that could make the bench unstable but not at all. Very sturdy and really good quality. We recomend it for the persons who try to train at home. Very fast delivery too.

I bought this mainly for doing sit ups and body weight exercises. It is a sturdy and versatile product. I would recommend to others.

The materials this bench were made of surprised me. The leather is soft, the steel is solidly welded and there arent any plastic parts that would obviously break. At this price I expected something built much more cheaply. Especially with all of the moving parts.

Being able to fold it into a corner is also helpful for my basment gym space.

The design looks sleak and goes perfectly with what I need.

As far as carrying it around. Theres a handle that lets you hold it on the top and I'd say its a fairly easy lift. My wife could handle the weight just fine.

It was easy to put together as well. Just 4-6 screws depending on if you connect the leg attachment.

Overall highly reccomended.

I use this as my mobile workout bench and it's probably replacing my main bench. Great selection of angles and it's got a good height. Saves a good amount of space once it's folded.

The bench has been great so far. It's exactly what I've been looking for. The things I like about it is that it's sturdy, can easily adjust to my desired inclines including the seat, is light and has enough width to feel balanced while using it. The fact that it folds has been a game changer in terms of storage. I wish you guys had a leg extension and leg curl attachment to the bench. I would definitely buy that for a fair price as that's the only thing my home gym is missing.

I've seen some comments about the wobbliness. This can easily be fixed once you fully tighten the bolts at the legs. I also didn't like how you had to unscrew the bracket to adjust the incline/decline but I found out that if you slightly unscrew it and pull on the bracket, you can move it up and down to the desired hole without having to take the whole thing out. Just screw it in tight once you find the desired hole.

Great workout bench for the home gym. Easily transitions from flat bench to incline/decline bench. The foldable storage was a key feature in my purchase of the bench and it fits conveniently in the closet. It feels like a gym quality bench, very sturdy while working out in all positions. Overall, a quality bench for free weight exercises, and foldable storage is a plus.

This is a very sturdy and solid bench. It is perfect for flat and incline bench press as well as shoulder press.

However, it is terrible regarding to decline bench press as the decline degree is almost ridiculous. If you want a bench that can do decline bench press, find something else!

On the other hand, the rear wheels are poorly made. It makes large noice when moving on the hard flooring and was broken after several use.

Furthermore, be aware of the seat cushion. It is easy to be worn out on the front edge since there is not foam between the leather surface and the wooden frame.

After all, it is a good bench regarding to its price but can find a better choice by paying more.

For the cost of this workout bench incredibly well worth it. It is not only affordable but the bench is gym quality and great in value. The locking mechanism is secure and does not slip like some of the similar model bench.

I have only been using the bench for a week or so but it seems very solid and comfortable. Very lightweight and can be moved/relocated with ease. So far this bench is a great value for the money.

For the price I didn't expect this bench to be very good at all but I was pleasantly surprised. It can be folded away fairly easily to save space and is capable of doing incline and decline so you only really need one bench. I would not put 600 lbs on it but it is good enough for light weight lifting applications.

I'm so impressed with the quality of this, it's very well built, and solid. I did have to use a better tool, than the one provided, to get the 4 nuts/bolts I installed to be as tight as they needed to be. It's so versatile, I love having the foot support, makes doing sit ups a breeze. It's so easy to adjust the angle of the back, and seat, and has a wide range of options. Love it, impressed, so far. The coupon made my decision easy, but I'd say it was worth the full price!

I received my product and assembled it, it was pretty straightforward. After a few days their customer service reached out to me to ask how my experience with it was. I told them so far so good and I'll keep them updated. After another couple of weeks their customer service reached out again and now since I've managed to use it a bit I had some constructive feedback for them: 1. I wish there was a tilt between the absolute 90 degree and the next option, in order to have comfortable space for sitting up straight and 2. I wish the bench were a bit more sturdy as it wobbled ever so slightly left to right. Customer service immediately responded and explained that they actually developed a kit that increases the sturdiness of the bench, and after taking down my details they sent it to me free of charge within a week. In this price range I can't expect it to check every last box, but it works great and their customer service has been amazing.

Update: I had received the "wobble fixing kit" and have to say that it definitely solves the issue! The bench definitely feels sturdier now and overall a lot more like a real gym bench. Customer service experience is 10/10 and especially with this fix the bench is incredible value for the money! Thank you Joroto team!

The angles on the bench are great for changing up the range of motion with dumbbells. This bench works for both petite and taller frames. It's easy to move from the cold garage to inside the house and stores nicely. Great bench at a decent value!

Easy to follow instructions to assemble. Like 4 bolts (tools included) to install 'feet' and your in service. Padding is just right.
Folds up to a easy to manage size. A little bulky to carry around the house, but perfect if you have a place (like a coat closet, or bed) close when it's time to store.

I have been using this for the past 3 weeks and my expectations were met. The assembly is easy. The only thing to assemble are the foot. Though it came with tools to tighten the bolts and nuts for the foot, I recommend using your own wrench and rachet to get more leverage to properly tighten. I like that it is very sturdy but at the same time portable. I would same this is a medium weight bench with 700 lbs capacity. It is enough for the type of workout I do using Powerblock 50 dumbbells. It is easy to adjust once you figure out the amount of turns to loosen the adjustment pins. This is probably what I would recommend to update for future designs, which is not having to screw these adjustments and just pull adjust then release to latch. Overall, I very satisfied with purchase for what I paid for and the quality of the bench.

We will see if it holds up to long term use, but one month in and it seems to be doing the job. I'm a little concern that the padding and stitching may deteriorate. I use it 5 times a week with heavy dumbells and it has been perfect and a great value. It is not 100% stable for every move, but I accept the tradeoff for light weight and compact design...

I have been using the Weight bench for about 2 months now. The instructions and assembly was straightforward. The seat pillow is slightly deformed from packing but has regained its intended shape. The Joroto weight bench has no problem handling my weight (200 lbs.) with weights and feels very stable. Adjusting the bench is easy and versatile. It folds up and stores nicely. It's lightweight yet heavy duty. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend.

My heaving lifting days are in the rear view mirror so now I'm a rep guy. This bench is heavy, sturdy, and folds up easily to slide under the bed. I was really after the -15% it goes to for decline bench and decline sit ups. Between me and the weight I'm using I'm never over 300 lbs total.

Assembly is easy and takes less than half an hour. The bench is solid and looks great. Changing the angle of the bench could not be easier or faster. The bench exceeded my expectations.

This is a great bench! Very easy and quick to change positions and is sturdy. Key to the sturdiness is during assembly, to systematically and repeatedly tighten the bolts holding the feet. There are 2 per foot. As one is tightened, the other gets slack. So, do a couple of rounds until the bolts are snug and you'll have a nice, sturdy bench!

I don't have a proper gym space, so all of my equipment has to be able to compact store in my closet. This bench is perfect - comfortable to work out on, super easy to assemble, easy to set up and stores perfectly in my closet. Exactly as advertised and just what I was looking for.
